Our Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition – just as you’d expect when inspecting new fishing gear. Some exceptions apply (see section below).

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised fishing equipment (custom-engraved rods or reels)
  • Opened terminal tackle (hooks, swivels, or other small items where packaging has been opened)

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  2. Wait for approval – Our fishing enthusiasts will review your request and send return instructions within 48 hours.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

For exchanges, standard shipping fees will apply to the replacement item.

Refund Process

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account – just as fish sometimes take their time biting!

Damaged or Defective Items
